About Chris
Chris Coy is a Broker Associate with Christie's Atlantic Brokerage and is based out of the Brewster office at 15 Cape Lane. A seasoned professional, he credits his real estate success to his passion for the Cape Cod community and his commitment to helping people of all backgrounds enjoy its unique lifestyle. As he often says, "My goal is to help more people call Cape Cod home every day".
Chris has held several leadership roles with the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors, including serving as past President, Treasurer, and as a board member. As a former co-owner of a highly successful real estate brokerage on the Cape, he now focuses on listing and selling properties while sharing his expertise with clients and colleagues.
One of the things he enjoys most is helping the same young people he once coached, from T-ball through Junior Babe Ruth, purchase their first homes right here on the Cape.
He and his wife Darlene are long-time Chatham residents and active members of the community. They are the proud parents of three adult sons, all living in Charleston, South Carolina.
