About Colby
Colby has always been drawn to exceptional places and the lifestyles they inspire. Raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, and spending much of his childhood sailing through the Bahamas with his family, he developed an early appreciation for coastal living, close-knit communities, and the outdoors. Those years taught him patience, adaptability, and the importance of preparation in constantly changing conditions - qualities he now brings to every client relationship.
Colby recently earned his Massachusetts real estate license and is currently based on Nantucket, where he's beginning his real estate career in one of the most unique and competitive markets in the country. While Sun Valley remains home, he's excited to learn the Nantucket market, build lasting relationships on island, and help clients navigate Nantucket's distinct real estate landscape.
A graduate of Sun Valley Community School and Bates College, Colby studied Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Rhetoric, Sociology, Environmental Studies, and Film & Media. His background in communication and years teaching skiing, snowboarding, and sailing have shaped a calm, client-first approach grounded in trust and attention to detail.
Outside of real estate, you'll often find Colby on the water sailing, skiing in the winter, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends. He's excited to be building his real estate career on Nantucket and helping clients find places that match both their needs and way of life.
