About Evan
Evan, a Cape Cod native, has always had a passion for this special coastal community he calls home. His local background and knowledge allow him to offer unique insight into the Cape, and its many intricacies. Evan provides buyer and seller representation across Cape Cod, Nantucket, and the South Shore. He has built his business on trust, communication, and knowledge, with focus on providing a white-glove service to all his clients. In addition to buyer and seller representation, Evan has experience in residential real estate investment, property management, and historical redevelopment.
A double alumnus of the University of Massachusetts, Even attended both undergraduate studies, and law school there, and started his career in real estate as an attorney in Chatham, working on matters related to zoning, land use, title work, and closings. His experience in law led him to obtain his Attorney Broker license, follow his passion into sales, and open his own real estate brokerage, Northeast Advisors, where he held the role of Principal Broker and Vice President. Joining Christie's Atlantic Brokerage was the perfect match for Evan and will allow him to better serve his clients with the backing of a luxury brand, world-class marketing and tools, while still providing the local, family-run business atmosphere that is synonymous with all the things we love about "Old Cape Cod".
In addition to his real estate career, Evan also serves as Gallery Director of The Borsari Gallery, a historic and award-winning private events space in his hometown of Dennis. Additionally, he holds memberships with several organizations within the community, including the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors, Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers, Realtors Association of Southeastern Massachusetts, and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cape Cod Museum of Natural history.
When Evan isn't at his desk or with clients, you may find him watching sports, reading, or spending time outdoors with his border collie Nash.
