About Karin
Karin is a licensed REALTOR® with Christie's Atlantic Brokerage's Chatham office. She's been selling and renting homes, from charming cottages to multi million dollar residences for over 25 years and predominantly focuses on the second home/vacation rental market on Cape Cod. Her knowledge and strong contract negotiation skills are a great resource for investors.
She understands that buying or selling a home is serious business and most likely one of the biggest investments someone can make. She's committed to working hard for her clients and strives for excellence, so they have the best possible experience leading to a pleasant and successful closing.
She's earned numerous designations in the real estate field, including the RENA (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist), the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). She's experienced in the Santa Fe market, having been a part of a Christie's International Real Estate affiliate there before moving to the Cape almost 10 years ago.
Karin is a former member of the US Tennis Association and avidly competed with the American Quarter Horse Association and the National Reining Horse Association. She's also an active member of the Rotary Club of Chatham and served as a former president. Karin plays golf at the Chatham Seaside Links when time allows and enjoys a good book to wind down at the end of the day.
