About Nicholas
Nick is a Realtor with Christie's International Real Estate Atlantic Brokerage and holds licenses as both a real estate salesperson and residential appraiser. Since 2003, he has completed more than 5,000 appraisals across Cape Cod, working primarily with local banks and attorneys. With over two decades of valuation and market experience, Nick offers clients a level of insight and expertise that few agents can match.
In addition to his brokerage work, Nick currently serves as President of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and also has over 10 years of experience volunteering on the Orleans Board of Assessors.

A full-time Cape Cod resident since graduating from Plymouth State University in 2001, Nick has lived in South Orleans since 2010 with his wife Sonja, their two children, and their Old English Sheepdog Chewbacca.
