About Rich
Rich is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson with Atlantic Brokerage's Chatham office. Rich has been a Chatham resident for over 10 years and has spent his summers on the Cape since he was a kid. Rich is exceptionally tuned in to the community with a vast knowledge of the area, both on land and offshore. Rich is a founding partner of Chatham Kelp, LLC., an ocean farm that grows sugar kelp off of Harding's Beach in Chatham. This new and thriving industry is drawing quite a bit of attention with many people interested in this forward-thinking form of aquaculture. Chatham Kelp's products are found at local restaurants, used in biofuels, cosmetics and even beer, as you can find in the tasty Chatham Kelp Stout made in Orleans at a local brewery.
Throughout college, Richard split his time between the slopes of Colorado as a member of the University of Colorado Boulder Freestyle Ski Team and working on Tuna boats off the Cape. Other hobbies include saltwater fishing, fly fishing mountain streams, photography, art, and cooking. He has lived in Aspen, Washington D.C., New York, Newport, and Boston and has a wide sphere of acquaintances, colleagues, and business professionals which he now calls friends. A skilled communicator and a keen listener, Rich has the gift of narrowing down the interests of clients in their real estate search.
Feel free to reach out to him for any insight or knowledge, as odds are pretty good he knows a lot about your area of interest on the Cape.
