About Tracy
Tracy Grattan is the Business Manager for Atlantic Brokerage. She is one of the founding members of the Company and has been a part of the organization since its inception in 2008. She oversees the accounting office and is frequently called on to review contracts and leases and provide support for the sales team. She has a strong background in summer vacation rental management and the year-round leasing market.
She holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s License and has a BS Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She resides in Chatham with her husband Doug.
