About Andrew
Andrew Grattan is the Regional Manager for Atlantic Brokerage. His responsibilities include assisting sales agents and helping manage the Chatham, Harwich Port, Nantucket, and Provincetown offices. He is a skilled drone photographer and his work is frequently used in the Company’s marketing.
Andrew is a 2020 graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management. He is experienced in the construction field having worked for a local Cape Cod builder and a mid-sized construction firm In Waltham, MA. He completed the OSHA 30-hour training program and holds his OSHA Construction Safety Training Card. His construction background helps him complete floor plans for the Company’s agents.
Since obtaining his Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License at the age of 18, Andrew has sold over $10 million in real estate in the Chatham and Harwich area. He is a certified Resort and Second Home Specialist, a Notary Public in the State of Massachusetts, and holds a real estate license in the state of Florida.
Andrew is a car lover and can rattle off car facts that would impress the likes of Jay Leno and Herb Chambers. His other interests include spending time outdoors and doing DIY projects.
