About Andrew
Andrew Grattan is a licensed Real Estate Broker and the Regional Manager for Christie's International Real Estate Atlantic Brokerage. Having graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2020, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and brings valuable hands-on experience from his time with both a local Cape Cod builder and a mid-sized construction firm in Waltham, MA.
Andrew obtained his Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License at the age of 18 and just recently received his Broker's License in 2025. In his role as Regional Manager, he supports agents across multiple offices and provides clients with valuable insights.
He is a Certified Resort and Second Home Specialist, a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and also holds his real estate license in the state of Florida, allowing him to assist clients across multiple markets.
Originally from Wellesley, MA., Andrew moved to Cape Cod at the age of 7 and has called Chatham home ever since. His lifelong connection to the Cape gives him a deep understanding of the local community, neighborhoods, and real estate trends.
Outside of real estate, Andrew is a car enthusiast and enjoys hands-on DIY projects, including his most recent build - a 10' wooden sailboat.
