A Brewster resident since 1984, she works from the Brewster office located at 15 Cape Lane and brings deep local knowledge and long-standing community connections to every transaction.
Licensed as a broker since 1986, Nancy offers decades of experience representing both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has particular expertise in marketing and selling condominiums at Ocean Edge Resort and the Villages at Ocean Edge, where her market insight and strategic approach have delivered consistent results.
Nancy is know for providing exceptional client-focused service. She dedicates her time and energy to managing every detail of a transaction - from initial consultation through closing - ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed at very stage. Originally from West Virginia, Nancy remains a proud Mountaineer. Beyond real estate, she is an active member of the Brewster Baptist Church and volunteers with the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
